Review:
To begin with, I really liked the cover. The colour combination, the feel, it gives a magical touch. A special mention for the back cover and the thoughts of the author. It is really appreciable how the author has blended ideas and perspective from all the major religions in the world.
The book revolves around the causes, effects, sufferings and how to get out of the major and untouched issues like stress, anger, grief, depression, anxiety, beauty obsessions, addictions and caregiver burden. Language is easy. The stories in the starting of each module is so relatable. The practice given at the end of each module is very useful and plus it is effective too.
Overall if you are suffering from any of the above negative emotions or want to read a self-help book then this book is for you
